Local Empowerment
At Glow in the Dark Lowell, we are committed to local empowerment and making a real difference in the Greater Lowell community. Our Local Empowerment program is our longest running initiative and a source of great pride for our Non-Profit Organization. We believe that making a true impact is not only possible but vital.
Economic Development
Through our Economic Development initiative, Glow in the Dark Lowell ensures that those we serve are better prepared to persevere in the unique situations they find themselves in. We see every challenge as an opportunity to make a positive change.
Capacity Building
Our Capacity Building program is one of our key areas of focus here at Glow in the Dark Lowell. We have the potential to make real and positive change, and we are committed to empowering others to do the same.
